摘要 用初速1300m/S,重0.7g的钢珠致22只狗颔面软组织损伤。观察和测定伤后不同时间伤道组织的病理形态及 ATP 含量的变化。结果证明皮肤及口腔粘膜的挫伤区仅为0.1~0.2cm,肌层的挫伤区为0.5~0.8cm。早期清创损伤组织的代谢功能可逐渐恢复。 The maxillofacial soft tissue wounds of dogs were inflicted by the spherical steelbullet with primary velocity 1.3 km/s,0.7 gm in weight.The pathomorphologic charac-teristics at 0-0.8,0.9-1.6 and 1.7-2.4 cm from the wounding track were observed withlight microscopy,and the amount of high energy phosphates(ATP)in the muscle samp-les was determined.The experimental results indicated that the contusion zone of skinand mucous membrane was 0.1-0.2 cm,and that of muscle was 0.5-0.8 cm.The earlydebridement is useful for the recovery of metabolism function.As they were woundedby the same velocity missiles,the soft tissue contusion zone of maxillofacial region wassmaller than that of extremities.
