摘要
用数字图象处理技术对23例颌骨囊性病损的X线平片与造影片进行处理,其清晰度及对比度较处理前都有一定改善;伪彩色编码将不同灰度级别的组织以不同颜色显示,对区别病变区的密度差异较原始片更直观和客观;假彩色改变了黑白X线片的视觉效应,色彩鲜明、层次丰富。
In this paper,digital processing were performed for the flat X-ray and cystic radio-graphic films of 23 cases of cystic lessions.The apparatus is PDS image processing syst-em made in USA and some common techniques for enhancement were used.The result showed that all processed images had a better clarity and contrast and sho-wed more distinct shades and contour.The minimal structures unidentified in the or-iginal films were clearly revealed.The pseudocolor coding presents different density bydifferent color so that the density difference can be judged more directly and objectively.The digital image processing technique convert the most commonly used radiographto digital information so that the low-contrast cystic lesions can be judged to the digitalclassification.It is more accurate and rapid than the traditional X-ray reading by grosseyes.But more clinical evidence is needed to put forward a diagnostic criteria for thecysts and cystlike tumors.
