摘要
选用50只杂种狗,采用^(99m)Tc-phosphate 骨内沉积测定法研究了下颌体血液供给,发现正常情况下下颌体内血供密度分布不均,前颌部血液供给大于后牙区下颌体,牙槽部血液供给大于体下缘区;下牙槽动脉对下颌体的供血分配由后向前递减,至牙槽突的供血多于下缘;附丽软组织对下颌体各部的供血差异不大。采用血管造影研究方法揭示了上述血供分配规律的结构基础。
50 mongrel dogs were used as experimental animals.By taking quantitative measur-ement of blood supply with radionuclide(^(99m)Tc-phosphate),microangiography withChinese ink gelatin together with soft X-ray film of mandibular body following angiogr-aphy with barium sulfate-emulsion,blood supply of mandibular body were studied.Throughstatistical analysis on quantitative data as well as the results of qualitative study,it hasbeen found that there is a rule of unequal distribution of blood supply in mandibularbody,and its structural foundation has been studied.
