摘要
在建立上皮细胞体外培养模型的基础上,采用层粘连蛋白涂层技术,在落射荧光显微镜下观察人龈上皮细胞在涂层粘连蛋白光滑纯钛表面和未涂层粘连蛋白光滑纯钛表面的附着并计数,计数结果进行统计学分析。结果证实。
Using in vitro cultrue model, the attachment of human gingival epithelial cells to laminincoated pure titanium was studied. The average numbers of attached cells on different surface of titanium with or without laminin were calculated under catoptric fluorescent microscope and were statistically analyzed with factorial design. The results showed that Laminin could expedite the early attachment of human gingival epithelial cells to titanium.
