西沙比利治疗老年人功能性消化不良的疗效

THE EFFICACY OF CISAPRIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF FUNCTIONAL DYSPEPSIA OF AGED PATIENTS

607例门诊老年功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组(317例)中po西沙比利5mp tid×4wk;对照组(290例)po多福立酮10mgtid×4wk.结果:西沙比利对餐后饱胀、上腹胀满、恶心及呕吐等症状的缓解作用明显优于多潘立酮(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率为86.1%,对照组为77.6%,差异有显著性.西沙比利的主要不良反应为腹泻、肠鸣和腹痛,但患者可以耐受.结果表明西沙比利对老年人功能性消化不良有良好的疗效.

The efficacy of cisapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of aged pa-tients was observed in this study. 607 cases of aged functional dyspepsia patients from outpatient were distributed randomly into treatment group and control. Cisapride was administered 5mg three times daily for 4 weeks to 317 patients in the treatment group while dom-peridone was given in the control. The results showed cisapride was superior to domperidone in the improvement of symptoms including postprandial satiety,epigastric distention,nausea and vomiting (P<0. 01). Total efficacy rate of cisapride and domperidone was 86.1% and 77. 6% respectively with significant differences. The side effects of cisapride were diarrhea, borborygmi and abdominal pain,but were endurable. The above results indicated that cisapride was effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of aged patients.
