哮喘病人血浆氨基酸变化及其意义

Changes of plasma amino acids in asthmatic patients

目的 :通过哮喘病人血浆氨基酸的测定来探讨某些氨基酸的变化与哮喘发作的关系。方法 :分别测定 30例哮喘病人和 50例正常人血浆氨基酸 ,进行统计学比较。结果 :与气道上皮的内皮素活性有关的色氨酸、组氨酸水平显著增高 ,而精氨酸水平显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :某些氨基酸在气道高反应性和哮喘发作中可能起重要作用。

Objective:To study the relalionship between the changes of amino acids and the onset asthma.Methods:The plasma amino acids of 30 asthmatic patients and 50 normal subjects were measured and analyzed. Results:The levels of tyrosine and histidine,which were related to the activity of endothelin in the airway,elevated significantly,however,the level of arginine decreased significantly( P <0 01).Conclusion:Some amino acids may play an important role in the relationship of airway hyper-reponsibility and the onset of asthma.
