摘要
用电子探针对黄铜药简在储存中出现的腐蚀缺陷进行分析,缺陷含有大量的氧。硫及钙硅元素。实验表明:这些腐蚀缺陷的产生,受工艺因素影响较大,环境因素次之。所以,可通过改变黄铜药筒的前处理工艺来降低腐蚀速度。
Electron probe is used to analyse the components of corrosive defects of brass tube for emitting powder and the defects are presented by oxygen, sulfate, calcium and silicon etc. The experimeat shows that the production of these corrosive defects is greatly influenced by technological factors. And the corrosive speed could be reduced by improving the pretreatment of the brass tube.
