摘要
研究了改性LDPE发泡体的工艺条件与组成对发泡体性能的影响,结果表明LDPE/EVA/ATH(10 0/30/80 )在 170℃模压时间 15分钟时,泡沫材料冲击回弹率达到 2 2 2 %,同时有较低的永久变形(2 0 2 % ),泡孔大小均匀,性能良好。
The effects of technical condition and the composition and the content on the properties of modify LDPE foam were discussed. The results showed that the optimum temperature for resilience of the foaming materials had attained to 22 2% while the compressionset was kept 20 2% cellular structure was homogeneous. The property of the foam was good.
