摘要
以 PP-PEG,PEG,Cu I为抗静电剂 ,并以不同比例与 PP共混 ,研究聚丙烯抗静电三元共混体系 PP/ PEG/ Cu I和四元共混体系 PP/ PET-PEG/ PEG/ Cu I的流变性能。结果表明 :共混体系均为非牛顿假塑性流体 ,表现为剪切变稀且表观粘度均比纯聚丙烯体系有所降低。共混体系非牛顿指数均大于纯PP,且随添加组份的不同而不同。
The rheological behavior of PP/PEG/CuI and PP/PET-PEG/PEG/CuI blending systems were studied. The experimental results showed that the antistatic polypropylene blend systems were all pseudoplastic fluids and the apparent viscosities of blend systems, which were lower than pure polypropylene, decreased with the increased shear rate.The non-Newtonian parameters of them increased and changed according to different component of antistatic agents.
