摘要
对烯烃装置汽油分离塔在高负荷下的运行状况进行考察分析 ,认为该塔撤热能力不足、分离效果不好 ,是扩能改造的瓶颈部位。建议改进流程 ,增设重燃料油汽提塔、轻燃料油汽提塔及轻柴油循环系统 ,以消除瓶颈 ,实现装置的扩能改造。
The running features of gasoline splitter in olefinic plant under high load conditions were studied.It was found that the bottle neck for the reconstruction of expanding capacity was the insufficiency of the heat removing capacity and the separation efficience of the gasoline splitter.The sugestion for process improvement was adding heavy fuel oil stripper,light fuel oil stripper and light diesel oil circulating system.
