以新开发设计的 C- 1305塔和 C- 1303塔联塔取代耗能大户 DA- 303塔,使 C- 1305塔顶热物料的汽化潜热在 C- 1303塔的再沸器中得到二次利用,从而形成双效变压精馏节能系统达到节能增效的目的。
The newly developed Tower C- 1305 and C- 1303 have replaced the great energy consumer── Tower DA- 303. The latent heat of vaporization from the materials in the top of Tower C- 1305 is reused in the reboiler of Tower C- 1303, thus forms energy- saving system of dual effect variable pressure rectification to save energy and improve efficiency.
