摘要 本文阐述了高功率激光作用到固体靶上产生激光等离子体X射线辐射 (LPX)的过程及其主要特性。进行了LPX光谱特性的实验研究 ,获得了强激光作用下镁 (Mg)元素的 5~ 10A的LPX线状谱和连续谱 。 In this paper,the process of laser produced plasma x ray emission(LPX) and its characteristics are described.The results of the experimental study on LPX emitted from magnesiun (Mg) target on which a high power laser beam acted are given and discussed.
