Hartmann Shack wavefront sensor is a new kind wavefront sensing method,which is widely used in adaptive optics,optical manufacture and laser beam quality measurement etc.In this paper,the Principle of Hartmann Shack wavefront sensor was introduced.And then,the measurement of beam quality using it was discussed.
