本文综述了厚膜材料及工艺技术发展的现状,介绍了在通信、汽车等相关领域的应用和主要产品,最后是作者对发展的刍议。
This paper reviews the state-of-arts of thick film materials and processing technologies,presents the application and main products in relative fields such as telecommunication and motor,etc,finally provides author's recommendation for devel- opment.
