摘要
师德建设是教师素质中的重中之重 ,本文从理解当前高校师德具有超前、超常、导向等特殊性之特点 ,针对当前师德建设的紧迫性和存在的问题 ,提出了加强师德建设的一些措施和想法。
The building up of teachers' moralities is of significant importance in improving their quanities.Taking into account the necessity and the existing problems in raising teachers' moral levels,the author puts forward some methods and propoals on the basis of an understanding of its extraordinary guiding function.
