In this article the essence of the goal administration of the Party's construction work within the students is approched from the reality. It recommends how to use the method of goal administration to augment the experience of our work. Also, it can help to elaborate the initiative of the Party's all level institutions and workers, trying to search for a new way to develop our work in such a new period and to improve the work within students.
