高校博士资源开发利用思考

The Utility and Development of Doctral Resource——Views on the Use of Doctors in HIEE

本文通过对我院博士学位教工使用情况的调研 ,肯定博士在高校的地位和作用 ;提出发挥博士作用的有效措施 ;建议提高博士在高校的政治待遇、学术待遇、经济待遇 ,加大高校人才引进的力度 ;要求博士学位教工加强自身素质的提高 ,以实际行动填补中国近代科技史中的空白。

This paper is based on the investigation of the use of teachers who have a doctor's degree.The paper affirms the doctors' position and function in universities,puts forward effective measures to bring doctors into full play,proposes to raise doctors' political status,academic treatment and economic treatment and to enhance the import of talented teachers in universities,requires teachers who have a doctor's degree to improve themselves and to fill in the vacancy in the recent Chinese science and technology history.
