PCR检测妇女生殖器单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ感染与病因分析

Study on the relationship between herpes simplex virus-II and woman genital disease.

目的 :研究HSV -Ⅱ感染与妇女生殖器不同疾病之间的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术检测单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV)Ⅱ型DNA。结果 :HSV -DNA阳性率外阴赘生物患者组为 6 7% ,宫颈糜烂组为 6 7.0 % ,宫颈癌组为 71.0 % ,盆腔炎组为 77.0 % ,不孕症、多次死胎 (流产 )组为 6 7.0 % ,正常盆腔组为 2 7.0 %。各组数据与正常对照组数据在统计学上有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型与妇女生殖器感染疾病有密切关系。

Objective:To study the relationship between herpes simplex virus-II(HSV-II)and woman genital disease. Methods:DNA of HSV-II was deteded by ploymerase chain reaction(PCR)terhnique.Resutts:Postive rate of HSV-DNA was 67% in wart of vulva 67% in cerical eresion,71% in carcinoma of the cervix,77% in pelvic infection,67% in sterility and repealedly stillborn fetus,which was significantly higher than that in normal pelvic cavity (27%) respeetively (P<0.01).Conclusion:The infection of HSV-II is remarkably conrelated with woman genital disease.
