金灯山根口服液治疗咽部急性感染75例疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of JDOL to the acute infectious lesion in 75 cases

目的观察金灯山根口服液治疗咽部急性感染的临床疗效。方法设治疗组７５例，青 霉素对照组３５例，均用药５天。结果治疗组总有效率达９３．３％，与对照组比较（９４．３％）无显著性 差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗组与对照组在改善咽痛及减轻局部充血肿胀方面比较，二者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；但治疗组的退热效果优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论金灯山根口服液治疗咽部急性感染性疾病 疗效显著，使用方便，无过敏等毒副反应，显示了中药治病的整体优势。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jindeng Oral Liquid (JDOL) on acute infectious lesion in pharynx. Methods 75 cases of patients with acute pharyngitis were treated by JDOL for a consecutive period of 5 days, and another 35 cases with the diseases treated by penicillin for a same course as controlling (P> 0.05). Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups, being 93. 3% for the treating group and 94. 3% for the controlling group. Furthermore, no significant difference was seen in the therapeutic effect on pharyn galgia and congestion in pharyngeal mucosa between them (P>0.05). However, there was a much better reducing effect on fever in the treating group than in the controlling one (P<0.05) . Conclusion JDOL is very effect on the acute infections lesion in pharynx, with no significant side effect such as allergy and toxicity.
