摘要
人类精液具有凝固并在短时间液化的特点。精囊分泌的Semenogelin和纤维连结蛋白是精液凝胶的主要成分 ,前列腺特异抗原及一些蛋白酶类与精液液化有关。纤溶系统中的某些成分 ,如组织型纤溶酶原激活物、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物。
Human semen spontaneously coagulates into a gelation after ejaculation, which will liquefy within 5~20 mins. Semenogelin and fibronectin secreted by seminal vesicle are the major components of the coagulum. Prostate specific antigen and some kinds of protease are mainly responsible for the liquefaction process of the semen coagulum. Moreover, some components in fibrinolytic system are associated with semen liquefaction.
