福州市畜禽肉类O157大肠杆菌调查 被引量:7

摘要 为查明福州市畜禽肉类中O15 7大肠杆菌的存在情况 ,1999年 4- 6月采集福州市菜市场家畜家禽5种肉类标本共 2 0 1份检测O15 7大肠杆菌 ,并对检出菌株进行生物活性影响因素实验。结果从 138份猪肉标本中检出 3株O15 7大肠杆菌 ,其中 2株 (P - 99,P - 12 8)属O15 7∶H7,1株 (P - 94)属O15 7∶NM。检出菌株EHEC -PCR -SLTPCR -Hly基因检测阴性 ,但都可使小鼠出现肠积液而发病死亡 ,可能存在新的致病因子。结果表明 ,福州地区猪肉中存在两类O15 7大肠杆菌 ,但这两类菌株在毒力因子上与国内外流行株有别。本文同时对 3株检出菌的耐热性、耐盐性及耐酸性等进行了实验和讨论。 Objective To understand the distribution of E.coli O157 in domestic animals and poultry in Fuzhou city. Methods E.coli O157 was detected from five kind meats' specimens which were collected from food markets in Fuzhou City to detect from April to June in 1999. The effect factor of biological activity the isolated strains was fested. Results One hundred and thirty eight specimens of pig's meats were detected, and 3 strains of E.coli O157 were isolated. Two strains (P-99, P-128) belong to O157∶H7, One strain (P-94) O157∶NM. Results of PCR-STL PCR-Hly tests were negative. But the strains could cause liquid accumulate in intestine of rats and resulted in death. The isolated strains might have some new pathogenic factors. Conclusion There were 2 types of E.coli O157 in Fuzhou City. The toxic factors of the isolated strains were different from the reference strains in China and foreign countries. The characters of heat tolerant, salt tolerant and acid tolerant were tested and discussed in this artide as well.
