摘要
分析甘肃省医院改革所面临的艰巨任务 ,提出要始终坚持“以病人为中心”的办院宗旨 ,处理好社会效益与经济效益的关系 ,创造和发挥市场、人才和技术三大优势 ,牢固树立机遇意识、竞争意识、质量意识和经营意识 ,从而进一步建立和完善医院的管理机制、补偿机制、利益机制、创新机制和监督机制。
Analyzing formidable tasks in hospital reform in Gansu province, the author suggested that we should insist in putting the patient in the center as hospital tenet, deal with relationship between social benefit and economic benefit, take advantage of market, person and technique, build up the consciousness of opportunity, competition, quality and market, establish and perfect the mechanism of management, compensation, innovation and supervision in hospital.
