摘要
目的 了解湖南省城乡居民经济收入对膳食结构的影响变化。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法 ,于 1997年对湖南省长沙市 (城市 )和沅陵县 (农村 )进行了调查 ,并将 493名成人的经济收入水平 ,膳食和体质状况与 1991年的调查结果进行比较分析。结果 随经济收入的提高 ,两地居民谷物类食物摄入量下降 ,动物性食物摄量上升 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,在高、中收入人群碳水化合物热能比低于 6 0 % ,脂肪热能比超过 30 % ,超重和肥胖 (BMI≥ 2 5 )人群增多 ,特别在城市。长沙市和沅陵县膳食构成差别较大 ,反映地区之间的不平衡性。结论 在经济收入增长较快的同时 ,城乡居民膳食结构正处于转型过程中 ,并存在膳食结构不平衡现象 ,积极推行“中国居民膳食指南”
objective To study influence of income level on dietary patten in urban and rural area .methods This study adopted the multistage stratified random clustersampling.The servey of Changsha city and Yuanling county of Hunan province was carried in 1997.Dietary and physical status of 493 adults living in different income level compare to the survey in 1991were analyzed.ResultsThe change in dietary pattern following the economic development.With the income increasing ,the energe and protein supplied from cereals decrease and the protein and fat supplied from animal foods increases.The energe from carbohyrate was less than 60% and from fat reached more than 30% in high and middle-income grioup.With the economic level being raised,the number of people with overweight or obesity (BMI≥25)went up.conclusion[WT5”,6FZ]The dietary pattern transition was taking place in urban and rural households with the economic rapidly development,and nutrition unbalance occurred.So we should take effective measured to execute 'Dietaty guideline for Chineses.
