摘要
目的 了解福建、广东地区人群中HTLV Ⅰ的感染起源和亚型。方法 对在莆田、厦门及汕头发现的 8株HTLV Ⅰ前病毒长末端重复核苷酸序列用PCR法扩增 ,再用自动测序仪进行核苷酸序列测定 ,并对这 8株HTLV Ⅰ亚型的基因序列同源性作了分析。结果 获得了这 8株HTLV Ⅰ的核苷酸序列。结论 所发现的这 8株HTLV Ⅰ在其基因序列上很类似台湾株PZ96 0 4和CD96 2 2 ,可划归于世界群的亚型a(Aa型 )
Objective To understand the origin of infection with HTLV Ⅰ and its subtype in Population Fujian and Guangdong,China.Methods The nucleotide sequences of long terminal repeat gene in eight strains of HTLV Ⅰ were amplified by polymerase chain reaction,and then they were determined by automatic sequencemeter.The homogeneity of nucleotide sequences of gene in these eight strains of HTLA Ⅰ subtype was analyzed.Results The nucleotide sequences of eight strains of HTLV Ⅰ found in Fujian and Guangdong were obtained.Conclusion The eight strains found in Fujian and Guongdong are very similar to Taiwan strains(PZ9604 and CD9622)in their nucleotide sequences and can be by classified as subtype a(Type Aa) of Cosmopolitan Group.
