彩色多普勒血流显像对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

Clinical application of color Doppler flow imaging for assessing lower limb deep venous thrombosis

目的 探讨下肢深静脉血栓 (DVT)的声像图特点及其诊断价值。方法 超声检查 2 8例患者 34条下肢DVT ,观察血管及血栓的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像特点。结果 2 8例患者的 34条下肢DVT经静脉造影或手术证实。按节段数计算 ,超声诊断的敏感性为 92 .1% ,特异性为 95 .2 % ,准确性为 96 .2 %。结论 二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像是诊断DVT的简便、快速而准确的好方法。

Objective To evaluate clinical value of two dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in detecting lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT) and the sonographic characteristic of DVT.Methods Twenty-eight patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis underwent were detected by 2DUS and CDFI with multifrequency transducers of 7.5 ～ 10.0 MHz or 8.0 ～ 13.0 MHz.Results Counting by section, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography for detecting DVT were 92.1% , 95.2% , 96.2% respectively in all 34 lower limbs with DVT of 28 patients.Conclusions Ultrasonography is an easy,fast accurate method in detection of DVT.
