体位复位结合器械矫正治疗胸腰段骨折脱位并脊髓损伤

The Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury by Postural Reduction with Instrumental Reduction.

目的 :探讨胸腰段骨折脱位并脊髓损伤手术复位方法。方法 :对 32例胸腰段爆裂骨折脱位并脊髓损伤病人 ,术中采用体位复位结合器械矫正整复方法。将单纯体位复位、器械矫正作为两对照组。从恢复椎体高度、脱位整复后弓角矫正方面比较分析。结果 :本组完全复位率达 96 .5 % ,对照组分别为 89.6 %和 88.5 %。结论 :此方法可提高胸腰段爆裂性骨折脱位并脊髓损伤 ,完全复位率 。

Objective:To study the treatment of surgical reduction of thoracolumbar vertebral burst fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:To recover the vertebral burst fracture and dislocation in 32 patients of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture and spinal cord injury by postural reduction and instrumental reduction.A comparison was made between the group of simple postural reduction and simple instrumental reduction,then to analyse them from the ways of the recovery of vertebral height and the angle recitifying after the dislocation was reduced.Results:The rate of complete reduction in the group is 96.5%,and those in the contrast groups are respectively 89.6% and 88.5%.Conclusion:The complete reduction rate of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture and spinal cord injury can be increased greatly by the way of integrating postural reduction with instrumental reduction,and it is beneficial to the recovery of nervous function.
