水凝胶与硅凝胶在香猪乳腺组织下的生物学性状的观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的 了解并比较聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶、硅凝胶植入香猪乳腺组织后与周围组织之间的关系 ,从而为临床应用提供理论指导。方法 定时采取植入物及周围组织标本行大体、病理、比重及高效液态色谱检查。结果 水凝胶、硅凝胶在注入香猪乳腺下 2周后均出现包绕填充物的纤维组织 ,1个月后稳定 ,水凝胶组纤维明显薄于硅凝胶组 ,且在 4个月后有逐渐变薄的趋势 ,最后以 3~ 5层纤维细胞的厚度稳定维持。在引起急、慢性炎症反应、异物刺激反应方面 ,水凝胶组的观察结果优于硅凝胶组 ;C型国产水凝胶在注入猪体内 1年后的体积维持率约在原体积 78.33% ,其中 4个月为 78.95 % ;1年中在各实验设计时段内 ,利用液相色谱法 ,在 2 5 4nm波长 ,0 .5ug/ml水平上均未检测出国产水凝胶在香猪体内有丙烯酰胺单体析出 ;大体解剖中观察到水凝胶在注入猪乳腺组织下出现的“蜂巢样结构”。结论 认为在生理条件下聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶及硅凝胶至少 1年以内是稳定的。 Objective To explore and compare the biological reaction of polyacrylamide gel and silicone gel injected under breast tissue of domestic pig. To gain the theoretical basis for the clinical application. Methods The capsule of implants were observed with pathological technique, and the filling materials were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography. Results Fibrous tissue surrounding the filling materials was observed 2 weeks after the injection of polyacrylamide gel and silicone gel. 1 months after the injection, The capsular of polyacrylamide gel is much thinner than that of silicone gel, and 4 months after the injection it has tendency to become thinner gradually, and in the end it steadily remains 3~5 layers of fibroblast. In regard of acute and chronic inflammatory reaction and foreign body stimulating reaction, the result of the group with polyacrylamide gel is also better than that with silicone gel. The C type domestic polyacrylamide gel injected into the pig remains 78.33 percent of the original volume after 1 year, while 78.95 percent after 4 months. In the various periods within 1 year, with liquid chromatography at 254 nm wavelength and 0.5μg/ml, we can’t detect acrylamide monomer separated from polyacrylamide gel in the tissue. In the gross dissection, we find that “honeycomb structure” was developed in breast tissue. Conclusion So we believe polyacrylamide gel is stable at least within 1 year in physiological condition.
