摘要
目的 :观察海洛因海绵状白质脑病的神经电生理表现。方法 :对吸用海洛因所致海绵状白质脑病的 14例患者进行EEG、BAEP、VEP和SEP检查 ,观察其神经电生理的改变。结果 :在 14例进行EEG检查的患者中 10例正常 ,4例异常 ,主要表现为δ、θ等慢波活动。 10例BAEP检查的患者 7例异常 ,表现为Ⅰ—Ⅴ和Ⅲ—Ⅴ波间期延长。 6例VEP检查 ,3例异常 ,表现为P10 0 潜伏期延长。SEP检查 10例 ,3例异常 ,表现为P14 潜伏期延长 ,其中 1例P14 未引出。结论 :海洛因海绵状白质脑病患者可以有EEG、BAEP、VEP和SEP等多项神经电生理检测结果出现异常。表明该病的中枢神经系统特别是脑的损害是广泛的 。
Objective:To investigate the electroneurophysiological changes in patients with spongiform leukoencephalopathy caused by heroin poisoning.Methods:EEG,BAEP,VEP and SEP were performed in 14 patients with spongiform leukoencephalopathy following herion inhalation.Results:EEG was done in 14 patients,and normal EEG was found in 10 patients and abnormal in 4 ones,mainly showing δ and θ activities.The prolonged Ⅰ—Ⅴ and Ⅲ—Ⅴ inter peak latencies were found in 7 of 10 patients determined by BAEP.The prolonged peak-latencies of P 100 were found in 3 of 6 patients tested by VEP.In 3 of 10 patients detected by SEP,the latency of P 14 were prolonged whereas in one of them wave P 14 was not elicited.Conclusions:The electroneurophysiological tests such as EEG,BAEP,VEP and SEP in some of 14 cases with spongiform leukoencephalopathy following heroin inhalation might be abnormal.It might be indicated that the pathological changes in the brain may be extensive and the electroneurophysiological research of the disease might be of significance in the future.
