摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)是获得性免疫缺陷综合征 (AIDS)的病原体。目前的抗 HIV药物治疗仍有其局限性 ,且当前的 AIDS流行态势十分严峻 ,迫切需要寻找治疗 AIDS的新途径。以基因工程技术为基础的基因治疗 ,在理论上具有较好的抗 HIV能力 ,是一种新型的抗 HIV方法。本篇综述列举当前处于试验阶段的多种 AIDS基因治疗策略 ,这些策略都在一定程度上显示出抑制 HIV复制的能力 ,在 AIDS的治疗领域有广阔的前景。
HIV is the causative agent of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). The limited effectiveness of present antiviral therapies and the current epidemic situation of HIV infection have imperatively called for searching for alternative treatments of AIDS. Gene therapy based on the gene engineering is considered to be of super anti HIV competency theoretically and regarded as a novel anti HIV method. This review enumerates various gene therapy strategies which are in the experimental stage, all of these approaches are able to inhabit HIV replication in vitro or in vivo to some degree and suggested to be promising one for AIDS treatment.
