摘要
目的 :研究颈动脉血流动力学改变与粥样硬化病变之间的关系 ,评价血流动力学因素在颈动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用。材料和方法 :将 70例患者分为对照组和高脂血症组 ,进行颈动脉超声检查 ,高脂血症组又分为颈动脉斑块组和无斑块组。分别计算最大剪切率 (ShearRate ,SR) ,并进行一般指标比较。结果 :斑块组的年龄明显高于无斑块组和对照组 ,一般指标比较则无显著性差异。结论
Purpose:To assess the relationship between hemodynamic changes and carotid artery plaque in hyperlipidemic patients and to evaluate the effect of hemodynamic factors on atherosclerosis. Materials and Methods: 70 subjects consisted of normal、carotid artery plaque (CAP) and non-carotid artery plaque (non-CAP)were examined with carotid sonography. The diameters of and the maximalflow velcocity in the artery were measured, then the maximal shear rate (SR) were calculated. The age, blood pressure and other risk factors were evaluated, too. Results: The SR of both carotid artery were lower in CAP than in non-CAP and nomal (P<0.05), the patients of CAP were older than those of non-CAP and normal. There was no significant difference among groups with respect to blood pressure, lipids, diabetes and smoking. Conclusion: Higher age and lower SR are associated with carotid atherosclerosis.
