摘要
目的 :研究自编计算机图像处理软件 ,提高钼靶X线片中乳癌的诊断率。材料与方法 :应用图像数字处理的计算机技术编制软件 ,对 12 8例乳腺癌X线片 (包括 8例T0 级乳腺癌、19例假阳性和 2 5例假阴性病乳腺癌 )进行图像分析 ,并作回顾性研究。结果 :经处理的乳腺X线片图像清晰度明显提高 ,良、恶性肿瘤图像有明显的差异 ,早期乳腺癌微小钙化灶的显示尤为清晰。结论 :自编的计算机软件 ,应用于乳腺钼靶X线片的数字化图像处理 。
Purpose: To evaluate apply self developed software of digital image processing in improving the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer mammography. Materials and Methods: The apply self researched software of digital image processing findings in 128 patients of breast cancer mammography were retrospectively analysed. (lncluding T 0 grade breast cancers in 8, false positive and false negative diagnosis of breast cancer in 19 and 25 cases) Result: The processed mammography images were very clear cut, there was obvious difference between the image of benign lesion and malignant breast cancer, and the microcalcify could display very clear in early breast cancer. Conclusion: Apply self developed software of digital image processing of mammography makes it possible to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
