大承气汤颗粒剂对细菌性腹膜炎大鼠小肠组氨酶活性的影响

Effect of Dachengqi Decoction(Dcqc) particulate preparation on small intestinal histaminase activity of rats with bacterial peritonitis

目的 :观察大承气汤颗粒剂对细菌性腹膜炎大鼠小肠组氨酶活性的影响。方法 :将健康大鼠58只随机分为实验性腹膜炎模型组 (简称模型组 ) ;正常对照组 ;及大承气汤颗粒剂大、中、小剂量组、大承气汤颗粒剂与头孢克罗联用组 (简称联用组 )和头孢克罗组 ;除模型组和对照组其他各组给药3d后 ,给予模型组和各给药组大肠杆菌悬液腹腔注射 ,造成细菌性腹膜炎 ,24h后将所有各组动物处死制得小肠匀浆标本测其组氨酶活性。结果 :模型组与正常对照组比较 ,组氨酶活性明显降低 (P<0.01) ;给药组与模型组比较除大承气汤小剂量组和头孢克罗组 ,其余各组组氨酶活性均明显升高(P<0.05) ,且大承气汤颗粒剂对组氨酶活性的影响呈剂量依赖性。结论

Objective: To observe the effect of Dachengqi Decotion(Dcqc) particulate preparation on small intestinal histaminase activity of rats with bacterial peritonitis. Methods: Rats(n=58) were divided into model group、 normal control group、 Dcqc treatment group、 And cefaclor . The treatment groups were given Dcqc, excepting normal control group, the rats of every group were given escherichia coli suspension(i.p) . Rats suffer from bacterial peritonitis. 24 hours later, all rats were killed and prepared well-distrubuted pulp sample of small activity. Results: Comparing with control, the histaminase activity of model group decreases significantly(P<0.01); comparing with model group, the histaminase activities of all groups increase obviously(P<0.05) except the small dosage group of Dcqc particulate preparation and cefalor group;the resulte indicate that the effect of Dcqc particulate preparation on histaminase activity is dosage dependent. Conclusion: Dcqc particulate has the important protective effect to the barriers of intestine.
