黄芪对Epstein-Barr病毒抗原表达的抑制作用

Inhibition of Astragalus Root on the Expression of Epstein-Barr Virus Antigens

目的 :探讨黄芪对EB病毒 (EBV)抗原表达的抑制作用。方法 :采用间接免疫酶法研究黄芪提取液对Raji细胞和B95 8细胞EBV抗原表达的抑制作用。结果 :无细胞毒性浓度的黄芪提取液对巴豆油、正丁酸联合激发的EB病毒早期抗原 (EA)、壳抗原 (VCA)表达均有明显抑制作用 ,抑制率随药物浓度增加而提高。结论 :黄芪抑制EBV抗原表达效果好 ,有望在鼻咽癌的预防方面起一定作用。

Objective To evaluate inhibition of the root of membranous mile vetch on the expression of Epstein Barr Virus(EBV)antigens.Methods The influences of the root of membranous mile vetch on the expression of EBV antigens were studied by indirect immunoenzyme.Results The expression of EBV antigens was significantly inhibited by non cytotoxic doses of the root of membranous mile vetch and the inhibition was dose dependent.Conclusion The root of membranous mile vetch markedly inhibit the expression of EBV antigen in target cells,it may be used in the prevention of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
