摘要
目的 :用光电检测技术分析不同时期增生性瘢痕色度值的变化。方法 :连续追踪观察烧伤瘢痕病人32例 ,于烧伤创面愈合后3个月、6个月、9个月和12个月分别测定瘢痕色度值 ,选同体正常皮肤做对照。用人工神经网络方法对瘢痕图像的色度进行校正和分析。结果 :创面愈合后不同时期 (3、6、9、12个月 )的瘢痕色度值均数差别有显著性 (色调 :P<0.01,饱和度 :P<0.05) ,且均高于正常皮肤色调、饱和度值 (P<0.01)。不同时期正常皮肤的色调值、饱和度值均数差别无显著性 (P>0.05)。结论 :创面愈合后不同时期的瘢痕色度值不同 ,可用瘢痕的色度值 (色调和饱和度 )
Objective:To analyze the changes of chroma value in scar hypertrophy using photo-electricity test technology.Methods: Photo-electricity test technology was used to determine chroma values of scar hypertrophy in 32 burned patients from months 3,6,9 and 12 in post-burn healed tissue with the control being healthy skin of the same body.Artificial neural networks were used to emend and analyze the chroma of scar tissue in pictures.Results: Mean chroma values of scar hypertrophy during different periods in post-burn healed tissue were significantly different(Hue: P<0.01,Saturation:P<0.05),and were higher than those of healthy skins.The differences in mean values of hue and saturation of the healthy skins during the different periods were not signifcant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chroma values of scar hypertrophy during the different periods in post-burn healed tissue are different.Chroma value of scar hypertrophy can be used as an objective parameter to assess the degree of burn scar hypertrophy.
