摘要
目的 :探讨高龄食管癌患者的手术治疗。方法 :通过对高龄食管癌患者的手术切除率、术后 1、3、5年生存率与食管癌患者总体的食管癌切除率、术后 1、3、5年生存率的比较 ,观察高龄食管癌患者的手术效果。结果 :高龄食管癌患者手术切除率、术后 1、3、5年生存率与总体 1、3、5年生存率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :高龄食管癌患者若无手术禁忌应积极行手术治疗。
Objective To probe into the operation treatment of old people suffering from cancer of esophagus.Methods By compairing the resection rate and the survival rate of 1,3,5 years after operation of old person suffering from cancer of esophagus with those of total suffering from cancer of esophagus,observe the operation effect on old patient suffering from cancer of esophagus.Results There is no significant difference between the old people and total.Conclusion Old people suffering from cancer of esophagus should be operated if they bear the operation.
