子宫肿瘤的超声诊断与病理分析

Ultrosonic Diagnosis Combined Pathologic Analysis in the Tumor of Uterus

目的 :探讨子宫肿瘤的超声影像特征、诊断与鉴别诊断的特点。方法 :全部病例术前采用超声诊断仪经腹部检查 ,并经手术与病理结果对照分析。结果 :12 1例子宫肿瘤的超声诊断总符合率为92 .56% ,误诊率 7.4 5% ;良性肿瘤的超声诊断符合率为 93.0 6% ;恶性为 91.84 %。结论 :根据子宫肿瘤的大小、形态、病灶周边及内部声像图特点、临床表现等综合分析 ,超声检查可明确诊断子宫肿瘤。

s Objective To investigate the sonographic features,diagnostic standard and differential diagnosis in uterine tumor.Methods All of the patients were examined by transabdomen sonographic patterns.The results were compared with surgical operation and histopathology.Results The total coincidence rates of ultrasonic diagnosis in 121 cases of uterine tumor were 92.56%,the coincindence rate of benign tumor were 93.06 %;the coincindence rate of benign tumor were 93.06%;the coincidence rate of malignant tumor were 91.84%.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination could diagnose uterine tumor definitely combining with uterine size,shape,location,thickness of the uterus wall and its internal and exterual abnormal changes etc.
