摘要 肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移依赖于肿瘤血管生成 ,血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)是最重要的一种血管生成刺激因子。VEGF特异性作用于血管内皮细胞 ,通过促进内皮细胞增殖、增加血管通透性 ,以诱导肿瘤血管生成 ,在肿瘤的发生发展中起关键作用。因而VEGF在肿瘤的恶性程度和预后判断以及治疗方面有重要的临床应用价值。 The growth,infiltration and metastasis of oncoma depend on tumor angiogenesis.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is the most important irritant factor of angiogenesis.VEGF is an endothelial cell-specific mitogen and can induce tumor angiogenesis by promoting the multiplication of endothelial cells and enhancing vascular permeability,so it plays an critical role in tumorigenesis and malignant transformation.Then,there is great significance on clinical application of VEGF for judging malignant degree and prognosis of tumors and directing clinical therapy.
