目的··:观察盐酸地尔硫卓对小鼠吗啡戒断反应及血清单胺类递质的影响。方法·· :皮下注射(sc)定量吗啡,建立小鼠吗啡依赖模型;腹腔注射(ip)纳洛酮催瘾。根据小鼠戒断反应中出现跳跃反应的潜伏期和跳跃次数评定戒断反应的强度。用荧光分光光度计检测血中单胺类递质含量。结果··:3种不同剂量(25、50、100mg·kg-1)的盐酸地尔硫卓对小鼠吗啡戒断反应有明显抑制作用 ,并呈量效关系。结论··:100mg·kg-1的盐酸地尔硫卓可抑制小鼠吗啡戒断反应 。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of diltiazem hydrochloride on morphine dependent mice. Method: A physical dependent model in mice was established by subcutaneous injection of morphine. The intensity of withdrawal syndromes was evaluated according to the jumping latency and jumping times. The concentration of serum monoamines was detected with spectrofluorophotometer. Result: The physical withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent mice were inhibited partly by three different doses (25、50、100 mg·kg-1) of diltiazem hydrochloride and showed a significant dose-dependent manner. The increased concentration of serum norepinephrine and dopamine in morphine-dependent mice could be reduced by large dose (100 mg·kg-1) of diltiazem hydrochloride. Conclusion: The jumping withdrawal syndromes and serum monoamines in morphine-dependent mice could be inhibited partly by diltiazem hydrochloride .
