血液吸附脱毒的基础研究

STUDY ON DETOXIFICATION THROUGH BLOOD ABSORPTION

目的··:研究吸附方式清除吗啡依赖犬血液中的毒品,了解其用于脱毒治疗的可行性。方法··:用8d时间建立吗啡依赖犬模型,选择对吗啡吸附作用最佳的吸附剂,通过血液滤过灌流装置对吗啡依赖犬的血液进行净化。结果·· :滤灌组毒品清除时间为33.12h±s12h ,对照组 (用美沙酮治疗 )90.24h±s22.8h ,两者比较P<0.01 ;滤灌组戒断症状消失时间为10.59h±s5.33h,对照组42.24h±s11.22,两者比较P<0.01 ;滤灌组在血液吸附净化前的RBC(3.81±s0.32)×1012 ·L-1,WBC(4.43±s0.26)×109 ·L-1,PLT(176.11±s44.42)×109·L-1;吸附后RBC(3.84±s0.31)×1012·L -1 ,WBC(4.45±s0.33)×109·L -1 ,PLT(184.29±s13.61)×109·L -1 ,吸附前后无明显差异,P>0.05。结论·· :血液吸附疗法能有效清除吗啡依赖犬血中毒品。

Objective: To clear up toxins in the blood of morphine-dependent dogs by absorption so as to be detoxified and cured. Method: Set up morphine dependent dog models in 8 days and purify their blood through hemosiltration-perfusion equipment with the most effective morphine absorbent. Result: The clearance took 33.12 h±s 12 h and 90.24 h±s 22.8 h,respectively in hemosiltration-perfusion group(Group A) and methadone control group(Group B), there existed significant difference(P<0.01). Withdrawal syndrome of Group A disappeared within 10.59 h±s 5.33 h,quicker than Group B(42.24 h±s 11.22 h),P<0.01.No significant difference was found in some indexes of SAC before and after purifying( the blood RBC(3.81±s 0.32)×1012·L-1,WBC(4.43±s 0.26)×109·L-1,PLT(176.11±s 44.42)×109·L-1/RBC(3.84±s 0.31)×1012·L-1,WBC(4.45±s 0.33)×109·L-1,PLT(184.29±s 13.61)×109·L-1),P>0.05.Conclousion: Blood absorption therapy can effectively clear up the drug in morphine-dependent dogs, which might be adopted in clinical practice.
