摘要
目的··:建立一种用气相色谱法(GC)检测芬太尼透皮贴剂中乙醇含量的方法。方法··:采用玻璃填充柱 ,填充物为GDX -103 ,氮气做载气 ,柱温为110℃ ,检测器为FID。结果·· :该方法乙醇回收率为100.1% ,RSD=1.3 %(n=10)。结论··:该方法简便快速。
Objective: A GC determination for the content of ethanol in fentanyl transdermal systems was developed. Method: In the determination,glass column filled with GDX-103 stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID detector were adopted. The column temperature was 110 ℃. Result: The method recovery for ethanol is 100.1% with RSD 1.3%(n=10). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
