摘要
采用薄层色谱法对处方中独活、羌活、人参、枳壳进行了定性鉴别 ,并应用高效液色谱法对君药独活指标成分二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯进行了定量分析。结果表明 ,本法线性关系好 (r=0 9994) ,分离效果佳。
The qualitative analysis of Renshenbaidu capsule were used by identification of radix angelicae pubescentis,rhizoma et radix notopterygii,radix ginseng and fructus aurantii with TLC methods.The quantitative control were used by determining the content of angeloyloxy-columbianetin,a component from Angelica pubescens f.biserrata,as a marker component,of the capsule with HPLC method.The linear correlation ( r=0.9994 )and recovery(102.4%) showed this method is suitable to control the quality.
