介绍了一种变压器冲击试验测量分析系统的功能及工作原理。阐述了该系统所用的ＴＤＳ５４０Ａ 数字示波器的性能及其校验、系统硬件及系统软件，并给出了产品试验实例。
The function and working principle of a digital analytic system for transformer impulse test measurement are introduced. The function, check, hardware and software of the system of TDS540A digital oscilloscope used in the analytic system are expounded. And the product test examples are given.
