重点分析了实施配电网自动化带来的经济效益和社会效益，以及馈线自动化的体系结构和配电网自动化系统通信问题。并介绍了配电网自动化技术在东北电网的应用现状和国外工业发达国家的应用情况。
The economic benefits and social benefits induced by the execution of distribution network automation,the architecture of feeder automation and the communication issues of distri-bution network automatic-system are stressly analysed.And the current status of application of distribution network automa-tion technology in Northeast Power Network and the application status in the oversea industry-developed countries are also introduced.
