少油断路器更换真空断路器应注意的问题

近年来 ,真空断路器在 1 0kV电压等级配电装置中越来越广泛地被采用 ,为减少改造投资 ,提高效率 ,用户大多选用挂壁固定式 ,配用原有SN1 0 - 1 0型少油断路器的CD1 0型操动机构。改换工作后 ,真空断路器常发生拒分、拒合、烧坏合闸线圈和继电保护回路设备等问题 ,以及断路器跳跃、分合震动大等反常现象。文章就上述问题进行了详细分析 ,提出了改进措施 ,通过改进后断路器有关特性参数的测量结果说明了改进措施是有效的 ,具有较强的可操作性。

In the near year,vacuum switch is used more and more extensively on 10kV voltage distribution equipment,many users chooses the switch which is fixed on the wall,and equips CD10 control device of SN10-10 less oil switch,for reduces investment cost,improves efficiency.There have some abnormal phenomenal that the vacuum switch often refused departing and combining,burned out gap switching and looping equipment of relay protection,the switch jumped,after changing the task.The paper analyses this problem in detail,and proposes the improvement measures
