计算机网络和通信技术的飞速发展 ,促进了计算机网络的功能完善和应用的拓宽。在青海电网 ,通过引进国外贷款的项目 ,电力系统的通信网得到了长足的发展 ,已具备实现计算机网络互联的条件。省调及各地调的自动化系统均通过实用化 ,但是对于电网调度自动化系统 (SCADA)如何迈上一个新的台阶 ,网络就是电网调度自动化系统发展的一个方向 ,并为高级应用功能 (EMS)的实现提供了保证。省、地调联网还可以实现青海全网信息资源及通信资源的共享。文章主要介绍了省、地调自动化系统局域网互联中硬件设备的安装调试过程 ,数据库的设计及实现 ,软件的设计思想 。

Along with the development of the computer network and the communication technology,Qinghai power systems communication net has received huge development,and has possessed the condition for the computer network interconnect,and the network interconnect of the provincial and land dispatching can accomplish the share of the information and communication resource in Qinghai power net.The paper mainly introduces the process of the hardware equipments installation and debugging,the design and accomplishment of the database,the softwares design idea,the agreement of the data communication,and the program flow diagram etc in provincial and land dispatching automatic systems local network interconnect.
