再创带电作业辉煌

Recresting the Splendidness of Live-Line Working

本文是在带电作业专委会１９９８ 年学术工作会议上经讨论后形成的。文中简要的叙述了我国带电作业现状以及４０ 多年来取得的成就。针对带电作业技术领域的主要问题， 结合电力系统不断发展而对带电作业技术带来许多新的要求，参照其他国家的一些经验， 从６ 个方面提出了迎接２１ 世纪发展带电作业的建议。并提出了完成这些建议的主要措施。

This paper was formed after the discussion on the symposium of Live-Line Technical Committee,Chinese Society of Electric Engineering,1998.It briefly illustrates status quo of Chinese live-line works,and the achivements for past 40 and more years,Focusing the primary problems in technical area of live-line working,incorporating many new requirements being put forward to live-line technology by unceasing development of power system,referring to some experiences of other countres,the suggestions of developing the live-line technology to greet 21st century are put forward in 6 respects.
