New Development in Business Administration Theory and Its Inpact on China′s Business Administration

全球化使地球从空间上变小 ,信息化使经济现象的发展从时间上变快。这两个变化使企业所处的环境更具有多变性和风险性 ,同时使企业管理的手段发生了深刻的变革 ,因而带来了企业管理的战略、组织等一系列的变化。诸如 ,“第二曲线”、“虚拟企业”、“企业群落”和“利润池”。

Globe has been changed to smaller and smaller by globalization. Economic phenomenon has been developing much faster than before. These two changes make the environment of enterprises more changeable and risky. At mean time, the theory of business administration has been revolutionized deeply. As a result, the strategy theory, organization theory has been changed, too. Such as the second curve, virtual enterprise, clusters and profit pool. The motivation of the author is that introducing new development of these theories and applying them to China′s business administration.
