现行《婚姻法》及相关诉讼法中均未明确规定检察机关对婚姻家庭问题进行监督的具体内容 ,缺乏法律监督 ,尤其是检察监督 ,使《婚姻法》在贯彻执行中的弊端日益明显。建议进一步完善立法 ,建立健全民事检察监督机制 ,对《婚姻法》的民事检察监督要引进适合中国国情的、又与国际惯例接轨的成功经验 ,修改《婚姻法》时 ,在“结婚制度”

In the system of law supervision of our country ,the supervision from procuratorial work has it's particular position ,in which one of the important is the supervision about execution of 《Law of marriage》.However ,owing to vacancy of legislation ,it makes procuratorial organizations to be hard to operate practically .In order to fit in with the needs of keeping good order of marriage and family ,and perfect the system of procuratorial supervision of 《Law of marriage》,we use the experience about supervision and legislation of other countries for reference ,and analyse several drawbacks at present time ,this article is for reference .
