摘要
本文就加入 WTO后 ,中国电信业面临的问题进行分析 ,说明可能的挑战和机遇 ,并对我国现行电信管理体制改革提出看法 ,对加入 WTO后中国电信业的应对措施和发展思路提供相应思考。
In this article the problems that chinese telecommunication business is facing are analyzed in order to describe the possible challeges and chances. The author also gives his ideas about how to reform the present telecommunication management systems in China and some considerations on the measures and directions about Chinese telecommunication business' development after China's entry into the World Trade Organization(WTO).
