The Application of the Criminal Law and of the Policy“Less Arrest or Death Penalty and More Leniency”in the Criminal Cases Involving National Minority Citizens

本文依据我国刑法的基本原则和少数民族的特殊情况 ,提出了适用刑法和“两少一宽”政策处理少数民族公民犯罪案件的几个基本观点和原则 。

In accordance with the basic princi\|ples of our Criminal Law and the special conditions of the national minorities,this article proposes some fundamental viewpoints and principles of the criminal law the policy of “Less Arrest or Death Penalty and More Leniency”applicable to dealing with national minority criminals;and further analyses several typical cases involved.
